A 360° tour sells the property — but only when the photos are polished. A 360° camera sees everything: every magnet on the fridge, every towel, every mirror reflecting the operator.
Pre-shoot prep is 30 minutes of work that saves a 1000+ PLN project.
Room preparation
1. Full tidy
Hide bins, blind cords, cables, clothes on chairs. Remember mirrors — the camera and operator show in them too.
2. Open internal doors
Closed doors block walk-through transitions. Open ones give a sense of space.
3. Hide personal items
Family photos, medicines, leaflets, calendars. The buyer should see their future home — not the previous owner's life.
Light and time of day
4. Shoot in daylight
Best 10:00–14:00 (until 16:00 in summer). Cloudy days give more even light than sunny ones.
5. Turn on every bulb
Floor lamps, sconces, LED strips. Adds coziness and reveals finishing details.
6. Curtains half-open
Let light in but keep curtains as part of the interior.
Framing and aesthetics
7. Beds made, sheets straight
Wrinkled bedding is a classic mistake.
8. Bathroom like a catalogue
Toilet seat down, brushes hidden, fresh white towels.
9. Kitchen: clean counter
Pans, boards, bottles — to the cupboard. Leave a stylish espresso machine or a bowl of fruit.
360° camera pitfalls
10. Operator and tripod in frame
The 360° camera shoots all around — there's no "behind the camera". Don't approach during the shot.
11. Mirrors, glass, shiny surfaces
Mirrors reflect the entire ceiling, including the camera.
12. TVs and screens — off
A black screen looks better than a static graphic.
