Terms of Service
§ 1. Definitions
- Service Provider: Sendormeco Holding sp. z o.o., VAT PL5252866457, operating under the brand 360picture.pl. Contact: przemek@sendormeco.com
- Customer: an entity (legal or natural) ordering a 360° virtual tour
- Service: production of a 360° virtual tour for real estate or construction documentation
- Tour: an interactive 360° presentation hosted at
360picture.pl/v/[token]
§ 2. Pricing
All prices on this website are net (excluding 23% VAT) and indicative. Each order is priced individually, based on:
- property type (flat, house, commercial, construction site)
- area in m²
- number of rooms / scenes
- distance to the site (above 100 km from the nearest voivodeship capital — transport surcharge 1.15 PLN/km)
- scope of additional services (branding, hotspots, extended hosting)
Prices are open to negotiation — particularly for long-term partnerships, volume orders and bespoke scopes. Contact us for a tailored quote: przemek@sendormeco.com.
§ 3. Order placement
An order is placed by signing a service agreement (see contract templates) or by exchange of emails confirming: scope, price, delivery deadline.
§ 4. Payment
- Deposit: 10% of the net price, payable upon agreement signing
- Final invoice: 90% of net price + VAT, payable within 14 days of delivery
- Payment method: bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice
§ 5. Delivery time
Up to 7 business days from completion of the photo session × number of properties / rooms in the order. Specific deadline confirmed in the agreement.
§ 6. Copyright
The Service Provider retains copyright to original 360° images and the viewer software. The Customer receives a non-exclusive license to use the Tour during the hosting period (12-24 months, depending on the package). Details — see the service agreement.
§ 7. Liability
The Service Provider's maximum liability is limited to the net price of the specific Service. The Service Provider is not liable for the effectiveness of the Customer's sale/rental of the property nor for content in the Customer's listings.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints regarding technical quality of the Tour may be submitted within 14 days from delivery to przemek@sendormeco.com. Defects are corrected free of charge within a reasonable period.
§ 9. Consumer right of withdrawal
If the Customer is a Consumer (natural person not conducting business in the scope of the agreement), they have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The right expires upon execution of the photo session if the Consumer expressly requested earlier execution (Art. 38 par. 1 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
§ 10. Privacy and personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
§ 11. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office (B2B) or in accordance with the Polish Code of Civil Procedure for Consumers.
